How It Works

Understand the service and charge before choosing to call.

The service is designed around voluntary calling, clear premium-rate disclosure and an explicit confirmation step before a telephone link can be opened.

Review an approved service entry

When telephone access is active, each service entry will identify the destination country, content category, available language, operating hours and support contact.

Read the premium-rate disclosure

Every active number must be labelled as premium-rate and show the full telephone number, exact price per minute or per call, currency, taxes, billing increment and possible additional mobile, roaming or carrier charges.

Select “Call Service”

The website never places a call automatically. Selecting a future active Call Service button first opens a confirmation modal.

Confirm voluntarily

The modal repeats the selected number, service name, exact published charge, premium-rate warning and carrier-charge warning. The user may cancel without calling.

Listen to recorded information

If the user confirms and the service is available, the telephone link can be opened to access the selected recorded informational or educational content.

Premium-rate warning: This is a premium-rate telephone service. Calls may cost more than standard calls. Read the displayed price and check with your network provider before calling.

What this service is not

  • It is not a telecommunications carrier or telephone network operator.
  • It is not an emergency service.
  • It does not automatically place calls or create call traffic.
  • It does not promise prizes, guaranteed results, financial returns or guaranteed outcomes.
  • A website visit is not treated as consent to marketing.
