Privacy Policy

How website and support information is handled.

This policy describes the current static website and identifies processing that must be verified before telephone access or a live contact backend is enabled.

1. Data currently collected through this website

The website does not currently send the contact form to a server-side contact backend. Form values are read in the visitor's browser for validation and are not intentionally transmitted by this project code while the backend configuration remains disabled.

2. Essential local storage

The site uses essential browser local storage to remember that a visitor selected “Essential only” on the cookie notice. No analytics or advertising cookies are configured in this project. Optional analytics or advertising technologies must not be added before an appropriate consent mechanism and policy update are implemented.

3. Hosting and server logs

The hosting platform may process standard web-request logs for security, reliability and operational purposes. Such logs can include technical request information such as an IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser or user-agent information, referrer and response status. The business owner must verify the actual hosting provider, fields collected and retention settings before service launch.

4. Contact-form information

If a backend is configured later, the contact form is designed to collect a name, email address, subject, message and privacy-consent choice. The purpose is to answer service questions, billing or call-charge complaints, privacy requests and technical complaints. The live privacy policy must be updated to identify the configured processor, legal basis and retention period before enabling transmission.

5. Telephone / IVR data

No live telephone service is currently published through this website. Before telephone access is enabled, the operator must document what call metadata, billing data, CLI/caller information, routing data or recording interaction data is processed by relevant IVR and telecom providers, together with its purpose, legal basis and retention period.

6. Purposes and legal basis

Current browser storage is used only to remember the essential cookie-notice choice. Any additional processing—such as live contact-form delivery, analytics, marketing or IVR processing—requires a verified purpose and applicable legal basis appropriate to the relevant jurisdiction before activation.

7. Retention

The local cookie-notice choice remains in the visitor's browser until the visitor clears site storage. Server-log retention depends on the hosting configuration and must be verified. Contact-form and IVR retention periods are not yet active and must be defined before those functions are enabled.

8. Third-party processors and international transfers

The public website does not list unverified processors. Before launch of telephone access or contact-form delivery, the business owner must identify the actual hosting, telecom, IVR, support or other processors and document any applicable international-transfer arrangements.

9. Privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. Verified privacy contact details and jurisdiction-specific rights information will be published before service launch.

10. Security

The project uses HTTPS-compatible relative resources and does not contain frontend API keys or credentials. Actual operational systems should use safeguards appropriate to the data processed. No security certification or third-party approval is claimed.
