Only genuine, voluntary, properly disclosed human calls are permitted.
The service must not be used to create artificial telecom traffic or to induce people to call through deception, coercion, undisclosed incentives or unauthorized marketing.
1. Genuine user-initiated calls only
Calls must originate from real users who independently choose to call after seeing a clear premium-rate warning and the exact published charge.
2. Prohibited traffic generation
- Spoofing or manipulating CLI/caller ID to disguise or fabricate call origin.
- Autodialers, bots, scripts, emulators or other automated call-generation systems.
- Artificial, fabricated, simulated, looped, machine-generated or fraudulent traffic.
- Forced calls, coercive calls or calls made without the actual user's knowledge or voluntary choice.
- Payments, rewards, credits, prizes or other incentives whose purpose is to generate premium-call volume.
- Missed-call traffic campaigns or similar methods intended to induce return calls without appropriate disclosure.
- Attempts to artificially extend, loop or manipulate call duration.
3. Marketing and consent
Unauthorized or non-consensual marketing is prohibited. Do not use spam, deceptive advertising, misleading claims, hidden affiliate incentives or other methods that obscure the premium-rate nature of the service. Where marketing consent is legally required, obtain valid consent and provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms.
4. Premium-rate disclosure
Calls must not be solicited or placed without clear premium-rate disclosure. The exact published charge, billing basis and relevant carrier-charge warning must be presented before the user chooses to call.
5. Content restrictions
Illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive or otherwise unauthorized content must not be distributed through the service. Business-directory information must be authorized for use.
6. Fraud and abuse response
Service access or traffic may be suspended, restricted or investigated when fraud, artificial traffic, abuse, unauthorized marketing or other prohibited activity is reasonably suspected. Relevant records may be preserved and escalated to appropriate service providers or authorities where required by contract or law.
7. Reporting abuse
Suspected misuse should be reported through the Contact & Complaints page. Verified complaint contact details will be published before service launch.
