Terms for voluntary use of Elite Forever.
These terms describe the planned paid informational audio service and its current pre-launch status. They do not claim to guarantee legal compliance in every country.
1. Service description
Elite Forever is a multilingual premium-rate informational audio and IVR service through which users may voluntarily access clearly described recorded educational and general informational content. It is not a telecommunications carrier, telephone operator or emergency service.
2. Voluntary use
Use of any future telephone service is voluntary and user-initiated. Visiting the website does not place a telephone call and does not constitute consent to marketing.
3. Premium-rate charges
Any future active number must be clearly labelled premium-rate and display the exact published price per minute or per call, currency, billing basis, taxes and relevant network-charge warnings before a user can choose to call.
4. User responsibility for charges
Users are responsible for reading the published service charge before calling and for checking with their network provider about possible additional mobile, roaming, access-provider or carrier charges.
5. Content and availability
Content, languages, countries, operating hours and telephone access may change or be unavailable. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability, a prize, a financial return or a particular result.
6. Acceptable conduct
Users and marketers must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Automated, artificial, fraudulent, forced, incentivized or deceptively generated calls are prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, original audio and other original service materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Users may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization, except where applicable law permits.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Complaints
Service questions, billing or call-charge complaints, privacy requests and technical complaints should use the contact method published on the Contact & Complaints page. Verified complaint contact details and response time will be published before service launch.
10. Governing jurisdiction
Jurisdiction-specific governing terms are not published while the service remains in pre-launch. The verified governing jurisdiction is stored in the central configuration and should be published only after it has been confirmed.
